Welcome to Body Harmonics! If you’re looking for a professional, friendly massage therapist, you’ve found the right one.

Your sessions will begin with a toasty neck wrap as the massage table is warmed for you. This is the place to calm your thoughts from a busy day, rest, or let go of your worries for a while. As you leave, take a bottle of water to replenish and revive yourself.

I am trained in a variety of modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Chair Massage, as well as Hot Stone Therapy and Cupping. You can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.
